    Do jakiego zespołu dołączysz?

Chcemy dać milionom pacjentów dostęp do Podstawowej Opieki Zdrowotnej online - szybko, prosto i bez kolejek.

    Jakie zadania na Ciebie czekają?

    • Aktywna sprzedaż NFZ do nowych klientów ZnanegoLekarza.

    • Codzienna praca w stałym rytmie, obejmująca liczne rozmowy z klientami i sprawną obsługę leadów.

    • Umiejętność pracy z KPI i osiągania założonych celów sprzedażowych.
    • Zrozumienie potrzeb klienta B2C i B2B oraz umiejętność dostosowania podejścia do różnych grup odbiorców.
    • Talent do zadawania trafnych pytań i skutecznego badania potrzeb klienta.

    Do jakiego zespołu dołączysz?

Chcemy dać milionom pacjentów dostęp do Podstawowej Opieki Zdrowotnej online - szybko, prosto i bez kolejek.

Co będziesz robić na tym stanowisku?\

Budować i rozwijać obszar NFZ (na start zespół będzie liczył 3 osoby, docelowo 6+). W praktyce oznacza to m.in.:

    • Budowanie i wdrażanie strategii sprzedażowej – współtworzenie rozwiązań opartych o dane, doświadczenie zespołu i feedback z rynku.

    • Analizowanie i raportowanie wyników sprzedażowych – monitorowanie KPI, efektywności pitchu i churnu, wyciąganie wniosków i proponowanie usprawnień.

    • Rozwój jakości pracy zespołu – przeprowadzanie odsłuchów rozmów, udzielanie praktycznego feedbacku i dbanie, aby był wdrożony w codzienne działania.

    • Praca hands-on z klientami – testowanie pitchu w praktyce, sprzedaż do istniejącej bazy, reagowanie na realne potrzeby klientów i wspieranie retention.

    • Prowadzenie regularnych spotkań 1:1 z członkami zespołu – by budować relacje, przekazywać feedback, a także wspierać rozwój i motywację.

    • Rozwój członków zespołu – planowanie ścieżek kariery, angażowanie w projekty, tworzenie możliwości rozwoju i długoterminowego zatrzymania talentów w zespole.

    • Wsparcie w trudnych przypadkach – reagowanie w sytuacjach wymagających dodatkowego wsparcia i doświadczenia, by zespół mógł działać skutecznie i spójnie.

Sprawdź, czy to właśnie Ciebie szukamy:

    • Masz min.

    • Podejmujesz decyzje w oparciu o dane, liczby i feedback z rynku,

    • Potrafisz łączyć realizację celów sprzedażowych z dbałością o jakość rozmów i długofalowe relacje z klientami,

    • Umiesz znaleźć balans między biznesem a ludźmi — dajesz jasny feedback, wspierasz rozwój zespołu i potrafisz motywować innych do działania,

Welcome to the good side of tech 👋

You might have heard about us, but with a different name: ZnanyLekarz. It all started more than 10 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. Now Docplanner is creating a healthcare ecosystem that seamlessly connects patients with doctors while integrating smart tools to provide quicker, more precise diagnoses and treatments. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of helping people live longer, healthier lives?

    Docplanner at scale

We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 50 million patients trust us every month. 300.000+ specialists, 2+ mln bookings per month believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.500 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup-mindset we started with over 10 years ago.

How does Docplanner Tech fit here?

At Docplanner Tech we are a diverse group of over 300 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams. We are responsible for building the product for all locations. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, yet we still welcome each new person with great joy and excitement.

We could tell you about us, but we will let our reviews on Glassdoor speak for themselves. In case you’d like to see how it feels to be 100% yourself at work, here’s a video of us

And why should you join us?

Because it feels good to tell your family and your friends how you made the world a little bit better. You go to bed knowing that what you do matters, and that your talents align with your beliefs.

We want to help people live longer, healthier lives, and that starts with you being you. We believe that taking the diversity of human experience into account makes a better healthcare experience for all . We’re not just different: we embrace diversity. We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote friendly.

    Role

We’re scaling an APEX-first Salesforce platform across multiple countries and business lines. As a Salesforce APEX Engineer, you’ll build robust, scalable server-side logic, integrations, and platform services that power Sales and Customer Success. You’ll collaborate with Product, BAs, Architects, Admins, and QA to ship reliable features on a predictable release train.

    What you’ll do

    • Design and implement APEX solutions (domain/service/selector patterns, one-trigger-per-object, bulkified & governor-safe).

    • Build and secure APEX REST APIs, callouts (Named Credentials), Platform Events, async APEX (Queueable/Batch/Schedulable/Future), and CDC-driven flows.

    • Optimise SOQL/SOSL (selective filters, indexes, query plans); handle large-data operations safely.

    • Create invocable APEX for lightweight Flow orchestration where appropriate; contribute to refactoring hotspots when needed.

    • Write meaningful unit tests (mocking callouts, positive/negative/bulk cases) and keep quality gates green (PMD/Sonar rules, coverage with intent).

    • Proactively participate in the design of solutions applying best practices.

    • Collaborate in design reviews with Architects; align on non-functional requirements (performance, security, scale).

    • Partner with DevOps on CI/CD (Git, PRs, SFDX/DevOps Center, packaging); support safe rollbacks and feature flagging.

    • Support UAT and provide diagnostics on incidents (logs, debug levels, event monitoring).

    • Document decisions and APIs succinctly; keep Jira tickets updated and review peers’ PRs.

    • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, search, list views, queues, reports and dashboards

    •  Guide and support other team members to use best practices during design and implementation

    •  Optimize existing builds to reduce technical debt and improve org health and efficiency.

    •  Create and maintain automations (flows, approval processes, assignment rules, email automations)

    • Maintain security such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, user permissions, field level security, groups, validations in line with administration structure definition

    • Contribute to the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring system scalability, maintainability, and performance.

    What success looks like

    • Features meet acceptance criteria and Non-Functional Requirements; pass UAT on first attempt.

    • Zero governor-limit regressions and excellent runtime performance on high-volume data.

    • Healthy PR metrics: small, reviewed changes; low rework; green pipelines.

    • Defect rate down and cycle time improved across your epics.

    Required experience

    • 3–5+ years developing on Salesforce with a strong APEX focus.

    • Proven use of enterprise patterns (triggers framework, domain/service/selector), bulkification, and async processing.

    • Solid integration skills (APEX REST/HTTP, Platform Events, Named Credentials, idempotency/retry basics).

    • Strong SOQL performance tuning and data-model understanding.

    • Good grasp of Salesforce security & sharing (with/without sharing, FLS/CRUD checks in code).

    • Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD (SFDX/DevOps Center).

    • Clear communication and collaboration with Product, BA, Admins, QA, and Architects; English working proficiency.

    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience including opportunity management, lead conversion, case management, and customer service workflows.

    Nice to have

    • Exposure to LWC (consuming APEX services; basic component patterns).

    • Experience in Sales/CS domains (lead→opportunity, renewals/retention, case management).

    • Experience with telemetry/observability (Event Monitoring, logs), and performance testing.

    • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect, Admin/App Builder).

    • AI and Agentforce experience or similar AI-driven automation platforms.

    How we work

    • Weekly design review (Architects) and lightweight, automated quality gates in CI.

    • Focus time respected; async updates in Jira/Confluence; small, iterative releases.

    True flexibility and work-life balance

    • Remote or hybrid work model with our hub in Warsaw;
    • Flexible working hours (fully flexible, as in most cases you only have to be on a couple of meetings weekly);
    • 20/26 days of paid time off (depending on your contract);

    • Additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary (you choose what you want to celebrate).

    Health comes first

    • Private healthcare plan with Signal Iduna for you and subsidized for your family.
    • Multisport card co-financing for you to have access to sports facilities across Poland.
    • Access to iFeel, a technological platform for mental wellness offering online psychological support and counseling.

    Keep growing with us

    • Free English and Spanish classes.

We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our hiring process, and also every day at work. When you apply for our roles you receive equal treatment regardless of age, disabilities, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or parental status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or any other dimension of human difference.  If you require additional support in your recruitment process, we kindly encourage you to let us know. Behind those words you’re reading, there’s a person (hi!) who already helped a candidate by adapting the interviews, and now we’re lucky to have this person with us. So, even if you’ve never asked for it before, may this serve as a sign that, now, you can do so. We can only truly be equal if we adapt to each other.

“We believe all humans, in all their beautiful diversity, should have equal rights, dignity and respect. Period.” Mariusz Gralewski,  CEO
