Comfortable using MS Office / Microsoft 365 tools. Availability 5 days a week. English – minimum B2 (conversational level). Nice to have: Canva skills, interest in AI tools. Background in psychology, coaching, or training is a strong plus. Main responsibilities:As a Trainee, you will support the L&D team in daily tasks, including: Providing support for learning and development initiatives, including coordinating internal and external trainings, promoting learning opportunities, and managing communication and event promotion within internal communities. Managing cyclical internal communication across L&D channels (Teams / e‑mail, Intranet - no coding required). Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries - answering questions or directing them to the right people. Creating simple visual materials (Canva knowledge is a plus). Supporting orders for L&D gadgets and training materials. Updating the Training Recommendation File. Reading and interpreting simple reports. Handling basic tasks in the JIRA system (no previous skills in this area needed). Working with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Calendar, Excel).
