Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team to drive the development and improvement of ERP and HR systems, with a particular focus on Contract Management and Procurement solutions. The role involves shaping and prioritizing digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous product improvement in an agile environment. Requirements:3–5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within an Agile environment Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) Foundational knowledge of product management principles and Agile methodologies Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, QA, support) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Adaptable, team-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Interest in user experience, digital products, and continuous product improvement Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within the product function Proven expertise in the core functionalities for Fundamentals within ERP systems Demonstrated proficiency in user interface design, component architecture, and design systems Familiarity with BDD and Example Mapping is a strong plus English: B2/C1 Nice-to-have: knowledge of Contract / Procurement Management Main responsibilities:Define and maintain the product backlog Write Conditions of Satisfaction for the team’s User Stories Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product increments aligned with business goals
