We are looking for Data Governance & Data Strategy Consultant to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that works for a client in the aerospace sector. You will work in an industrial, stable environment in multinational team (France, Poland, India) for a major aeronautical manufacturer. The program involves wide portfolio of applications developed by multiple teams in modern technologies, that e.g., support pilots, crew, and airline in planning the flights or various airport operations. 

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

Responsibilities:​
• Data Strategy: Conduct maturity assessments and define the strategic roadmap.
• Governance: Design and deploy data governance frameworks.
• Data Management: Oversee the implementation of data dictionaries, data catalogs, and Data Quality processes.
• Functional scoping of projects.
• Involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of architecture solutions with business goals and requirements.
• Commits to producing relevant solutions, checks deliverables, makes decisions, optimizes delivery under their responsibility.
• Develops outline project approaches, detailed project plans and timeline.

We are looking for an AML Analyst to join Sopra Steria Polska and work for a client in the neo banking sector. 

This role combines Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and AntiMoney Laundering / CounterTerrorist Financing (AML/CTF) investigations. The Analyst will autonomously conduct compliance reviews for retail and corporate clients, analyse and investigate potential money laundering alerts, and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to TRACFIN, all in line with French regulations and internal procedures. 

For this position, we hire both experienced candidates and juniors.

Responsibilities 

  • Collect and verify retail and corporate customers’ legal and financial documents (Kbis, company statutes, ownership, UBOs, etc.). 

  • Analyse company structure, sector, and ownership to assess AML/CTF risks. 

  • Spot, remediate, and escalate risk factors or unusual situations according to internal processes (L0/L1/L2). 

  • Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews as required. 

  • Document analysis and investigation outcomes in internal systems, following all relevant policies and procedures. 

  • Prepare supporting documentation and draft SARs for submission to TRACFIN, in collaboration with French MLROs. 

  • Update customer databases and draft summary analyses and recommendations. 

  • Handle highly confidential client data discreetly, adhering to all legal and internal requirements. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of KYC/AML processes and regulatory monitoring. 

  • Participate in ongoing quality control reviews, helping identify trends and areas for process improvement. 

  • Train and support more junior analysts as required. 

  • Meet agreedupon KPIs and SLAs, providing any required data for reporting purposes. 

Must‑have requirements

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, meticulous documentation, and critical thinking.
  • English at min. B2
  • Rigor, autonomy, confidentiality, professional integrity, and teamwork mindset.

Purpose of the Internship

Supporting the Trainings Team in ongoing operational activities, organizing and updating training materials, and assisting with simple communication campaigns related to internal trainers and the L&D training offer.

Scope of Responsibilities

The Intern will support the team’s activities, including:

  • updating internal databases, schedules, training documentation, and intranet content,
  • assisting in preparing internal trainer recruitment campaigns (communication materials, summaries, updates),
  • supporting the implementation of campaigns promoting internal trainers within the organization and participating in employer branding activities,
  • refreshing the visual design of internal communication materials (e.g., training invitations, informational announcements) based on existing templates,
  • helping prepare webinar and event offerings for employees (topic listings, descriptions, informational materials),
  • updating training descriptions: verifying content with trainers, checking link accuracy and relevance.

The tasks are operational and supportive in nature – the intern is not responsible for decision‑making or independently managing projects.
