You will be the voice of a premier brand, ensuring customers receive top-tier technical and administrative support. Your Role Inquiry Management: Handle inbound inquiries from German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding account settings and service features. Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through step-by-step solutions for connectivity, hardware, or software-related issues. Billing & Contracts: Assist with queries related to invoices, payment methods, and contract renewals or modifications. Service Excellence: Maintain high satisfaction scores by providing empathetic, professional, and efficient resolutions. Data Accuracy: Document all customer interactions precisely within the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting. Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback with the quality team to help optimize internal processes and product offerings. Your Qualifications Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patience and clarity. Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Experience: Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or a call center environment is an advantage but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
