This is you Experience: 3+ years of recent experience in a Product Owner role with 3+ years working in an agile environment with a strong agile mindset. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills Strong leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues, leading through influence Cloud Technologies: Strong understanding of cloud technologies within the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive, M365 apps, Copilot and MS Graph. Strong capability to proactively explore, assess, and adopt emerging technologies, bringing forward innovative solutions that enhance product strategy and team efficiency. Ability to read architecture diagrams and break down infrastructure work into user stories. Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence) Excellent verbal & written English communication skills Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus. This is your role Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to all relevant stakeholders and team members. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and translate these into product requirements. Backlog Management: Create and prioritize a product backlog, ensuring the team is working on the highest value features. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Define user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure they are clearly understood by the development team, engaging and collaborating with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects to achieve success. Development Support: Work closely with the development team throughout the product development process, providing clarification and direction where needed. Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the defined acceptance criteria and overall quality standards Performance Measurement: Measure and report on product performance and progress towards strategic goals. Feedback Gathering: Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product decisions. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may affect the team’s ability to meet project objectives Investigate industry trends and provide guidance and recommendations to the team and senior management related to the supported products At Avenga, everyone matters.
