Our hiring process varies depending on the role, and you’ll find an outline of the full process on every job ad.  We always aim to keep our process simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. Most candidates can expect to start with an initial chat with our recruiter to get to know each other better. From there, the process might include things like a skills-based interview, a task or case study, or a chat with your future manager — it all depends on what makes sense for the position.  No matter what, we’ll keep you informed at every step. What does hybrid mean? At AirHelp, hybrid means a mix of in-office and remote work — with flexibility built in.  We ask team members to come into the office regularly to collaborate, connect, and keep things moving together. On other days, it’s up to you — whether that’s collaborating face-to-face or focusing from home, you choose what works best. How long does the recruitment process take? It depends on the role, but we always aim to keep things efficient. In most cases, we close the process within 2 to 4 weeks from the time you apply. We’ll keep you updated so you know where things stand. Do you support visas and relocation? We don’t offer visa sponsorship or relocation support at the moment.
