Your responsibilities:
Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
Assist passengers via calls /chat.
Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
