Engineering Operations Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to join our Engineering Management team and support the growth and development of our engineering organization. In this role, you will maintain close collaboration between the CTO, Delivery, HR, and Engineering teams, oversee mentorship programs, and ensure engineers continuously develop the skills needed for professional growth.
